Here are the requirements:
1. Title Slide (create one in PowerPoint and save the slide at a jpeg image. Upload that slide with your pictures)
2. Nature pictures related to your poem (at least four needed). Alter the look of the photos right in PhotoStory by changing to black and white, sepia, etc. This alters the photos so they can actually be used more than once if needed.
3. Text of your poem in two ways:
a. You MUST have the entire poem as the final slide of your story. This is accomplished by typing it on a PowerPoint slide
and saving that slide as a jpeg image (like you did for the title slide).
b. Use the text of the poem throughout in three different ways (your choice):
i. Use key words from your poem listed on each photo slide.
ii. Use a complete line or two on each slide (but not the whole poem in its entirety).
iii. Use the entire poem split onto different photo slides.
4. You reading your poem. Each slide has to be recorded separately.
5. Music added to the background. When you get to the point on Photo Story where you add music, make sure he photo selected is the title slide. That where the music will start and it will continue until the end of the story.
6. Save it as a project as you're editing. When you finish, make sure the final project is saved. Then click "next" and it will take you to a screen that will "save story for playback on your computer". Save the file with your name in it so when it's uploaded to Wikispaces, it's recognizable. This will save it is a Windows Movie file, which is what you want.
7. On the wikispace Romantic Poetry main page, find the area titled Poetry Posting Pages. When you find your name, this will be the first one you will post to your page. Click on the "Insert Images and Files" on the "Page Edit" toolbar and save it to your page.
